Zulfah Lalkhen

Western Cape

Zulfah has worked in human resources and recruitment for almost a decade. Her experience spans multiple sectors and levels of employment. Prior to this chapter, Zulfah worked for a large corporation in project delivery.
She is passionate about accurately matching candidates to clients to ensure the best foundation is laid for their successful relationship. She believes that it’s not only about matching skillset with the organisation’s requirements, but more so about the synergy of the individual and the company’s culture.

Katie Schnugh

Western Cape

Katie has worked in talent attraction, acquisition and retention for over 10 years, both locally and abroad, across various industries. Whilst in London, she worked as a recruitment manager for a top tier investment bank, as well as a FTSE 100 general insurer. In 2012 she returned to South Africa and has since focussed her energy on growing solid client relationships.

Warren Maxwell-Pear


Warren has worked in the financial services environment since 2005, and started his career with Westpac Bank in New Zealand. In 2007, returning to South Africa, Warren consulted to pension and provident funds and through this gained his extensive knowledge of investments, group risk and regulation. Warren has a keen interest and is well-versed in financial markets: investments, risk, healthcare, exchange trading instruments and services into these areas. He has completed his post graduate diploma in Financial Planning and is working towards writing his CFP board exams.
Since 2012, Warren has worked in the recruitment industry and with little surprise, has specialised in the financial services industry. He adds tremendous value, with this robust knowledge of the sector, to both his clients and candidates.

Brylea has 13 plus years’ experience in managing the internal recruitment processe across multiple industries.
Working with distinguished corporate companies, she has an excellent understanding of how important building relationships, representing a brand, and finding the right candidate fit is. This extensive experience gives her the ability to understand a business’ requirements specific to their needs.
Wanting to provide a more end to end service within the industry, she joined Tracking Talent.
She believes that having a good network and specialised industry knowledge makes the search, selection and screening process much more efficient and easier, for client or candidate alike, to achieve their objectives.

Buhle Mdluli – Office Manager


Previously from the market research industry, Buhle ventured into the recruitment space and says she “hasn’t looked back since”. She is a passionate individual, who enjoys taking on new challenges and working with our clients and candidates to ensure their needs are met. As Office Manager, she is the fuel that keeps our engine running – ensuring that we all stay on top of our daily tasks and that our workspace operates smoothly.
