Zulfah Lalkhen

In Loving Memory of Zulfah Lalkhen – 24/07/1974-27/09/2018

Zulfah was one of the founding members of Tracking Talent; she was fundamental in setting up the business and developing our existing culture, values and beliefs. As a devout Muslim, Zulfah believed in giving back to our local communities and staying humble for our blessings. Zulfah was proud of our business and challenged us every day to ensure we were doing the right thing. She was a firm believer that Tracking Talent added value through our partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

Zulfah loved working with graduates and took time to guide and educate them on the various opportunities offered, along with providing valuable advice on the recruitment process. She did this because it was important to her that graduates received the information, guidance and that we educated and uplifted people. As such, Tracking Talent has developed services for clients in the Graduate recruitment space to honour Zulfah and her passion for working with Graduates.

Tracking Talent will forever keep Zulfah’ s giving nature and passion for her work at the forefront of everything that we do. She will forever be a part of our team and our brand. As such, Tracking Talent has set up a Trust called the “Lalkhen Family Trust” in her memory. This trust owns part of the business and ensures her children benefit from our future success.

Katie Schnugh

Katie has worked in talent attraction, acquisition and retention for over 10 years, both locally and abroad, across various industries. Whilst in London, she worked as a recruitment manager for a top tier investment bank, as well as a FTSE 100 general insurer. In 2012 she returned to South Africa and has since focussed her energy on growing solid client relationships.

Katie believes that recruitment & talent specialists should be an extension of their client. Business partnering is key to success. This is a core value of TRACKING TALENT and its worth can be measured in our proven track record of delivered results

Brylea has 13 plus years’ experience in managing the internal recruitment processe across multiple industries.
Working with distinguished corporate companies, she has an excellent understanding of how important building relationships, representing a brand, and finding the right candidate fit is. This extensive experience gives her the ability to understand a business’ requirements specific to their needs.
Wanting to provide a more end to end service within the industry, she joined Tracking Talent.
She believes that having a good network and specialised industry knowledge makes the search, selection and screening process much more efficient and easier, for client or candidate alike, to achieve their objectives.

Beronisha has worked in support since 2015 after completing her hnrs degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management at CPUT. She has joined Tracking Talent to expand her commercial knowledge in order to establish more exposure to business.

Buhle Mdluli – Researcher

Buhle was promoted from Office Manager to a Researcher after joining Tracking Talent in January 2017. Having previously worked in the market research industry, Buhle ventured into the recruitment space and says she “hasn’t looked back since”.

Buhle thrives on working with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process. She gets her reward from helping people to fulfil their career goals and ambitions. Buhle focusses on finding and engaging with Tracking Talents current and future candidates.
